Step 1: Heat Oil And Toss Pork With BBQ Sauce
We’re gonna start with heating a tablespoon of olive oil in a big non-stick Sensarte skillet. You can keep the heat medium here.
Next, add your chopped garlic according to your flavor preference. Then cook until you feel fragrant in the air.
Now, add all the pulled pork you bought already. And toss it with BBQ sauce to mix up properly. Keep cooking until they’re fully mixed. Then turn off your gas.
Step 2: Make the Sandwich
In this step grab the brioche slices you ordered. Then layer the BBQ pulled pork mix with crispy fried onion.
Next, put a slice of cheddar cheese on the top. After that, again layer with pork and fried onion. Lastly spread the mayonnaise evenly on the brioche slices.
Step 3: Toasting the Sandwich
Oh yes, trust me! This is the most exciting part. Because now you’re gonna witness the most satisfying scenario of melting cheese.
For that, warm up another nonstick pan. Again keep the heat medium. Then toast the sandwiches for 2-3 minutes on each side or until the cheese oozes out.
Finally, you can serve your cheddar cheese pulled pork sandwiches with french fries. I love to eat them with Mrs. Wages creamy coleslaw mix because it tastes heavenly together.

Whenever I made this dish for my family everyone just jumped over it. Because I’m not the only blue cheese fangirl here.
I bet you’d experience something similar as well. So no more dilly-dallying. Let’s start the process now-
Step 1: Prepare the Tenderloin
Let’s start with cutting the tenderloin of the silver skin. After that, trim any extra fat as well.
Next, chop the tenderloin into 8 pieces. Each piece should be about 2″. Oh, don’t forget to flatten each side of the meat by pressing with your palm. It’ll help to remove the extra water.
Now season all the pieces with salt and black pepper. You should season the pork loin nicely otherwise it can smell like a wet dog. Because most of the time we keep the meat vacuum packed.
Step 2: Nicely Sear the Pork
In this step, warm up the olive oil and a tablespoon of butter together. You can use a big sauté pan here for your convenience. Remember to keep the heat high here.
Notice when the butter foam up then gradually add half of the pork pieces. Sear for about 2-3 minutes until it gets the brown color.
Now cook for another 2 minutes until the other side gets brown. Lastly, place them on a plate and sear the other half.
Step 3: Prepare the Blue Cheese Sauce
At this point, you gotta melt the leftover butter. More butter, yay! Then add the shallot onions with a sprinkle of salt. You need to saute it for about 30 minutes.
I got a wooden spoon so that the shallots don’t burn in the middle of the pan.
Next, add the white wine to the pan. When the wine has nearly vaporized, put the cream and blue cheese. Now cook it for around 3 minutes on moderate heat.
Step 4: Serve the Pork With Fresh Parsley
At this last stage, add the pre-sauteed pork with its juice. Flip the pork once in the middle of 2-4 mins. Keep the pork a little pink at the center.
Lastly, serve it with fresh parsley on top.

Grab an egg and beat it with a good grip beater. Then soak the chops in that egg. Next, smear the chops with ½ cup of breadcrumbs.
After that, organize the chops in a glass oblong baking dish. Then bake them at 400° F for about 20 minutes.
Step 2: Bake With Mozzarella
Now cover the baked chops with ½ cup spaghetti sauce. Next, sprinkle 1 cup of mozzarella.
